ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:

ABOUT THIS TENDER:

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for contract "CON00431 Provision of Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services 2024-2027". The scope of services covers the City's 400+ sites within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Authority (LGA). The City intends to award this contract as a preferred panel arrangement for the period June 2024 to May 2027.

ENQUIRIES:

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses should be submitted via the  electronic tender box, which is the City's only method for submissions using the attached word version of "Part 4 Returnable Schedules". Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

Submission to this Tender must be made electronically via the  portal prior to the cut-off date and time of 3pm on Friday 15 March. Late, verbal, faxed, posted or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Canvassing of Councillors or City staff regarding a tender submission will result in that submission being rejected without evaluation.
