A summary of the project refurbishment scope includes:

  • Removal of redundant laboratory equipment – fume cupboards.
  •  Removal of redundant extraction fan systems.
  •  Removal of redundant ducted air-conditioning.
  •  Removal and patching of internal roof vents.
  •  Removal and replacement of external roof sheeting, gutters, flashings and downpipes.
  •  Removal and replacement of water damaged internal roof linings.
  •  Removal and replacement of internal lights.
