Tender Description
The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
· Silt removal from roads and drains.
· Storm damage works within all roads, drains and reserves.
· Minor maintenance and repairs of asphalt and sealed surfaces on roads and pathways.
· Reconstruction of pavement and subgrade including depressed road crossings and subsoil drainage
· installation.
· Maintenance of asphalt shared paths
· Maintenance, repair and replacement of street and traffic signs, guideposts and traffic control devices.
· Maintenance and repairs to stormwater reticulation including side entry pits, sub-soil drainage, culverts and bridges.
· Maintenance and repairs to roadside furniture including shelters, seats, log barrier fencing and temporary fencing.
· Pressure cleaning of laneways and concrete surfaces.
· Graffiti removal.
· Earthworks.
· Concrete works such as kerbs, gutters & pathways.
· Removal and disposal of contaminated waste,
· Landscape reinstatements such as top-soil, grasses and irrigation repairs,
· Make safe if any risks and hazards are identified, as directed,
· Traffic control as required,
· Tree removal as required,
· Other works as directed requiring similar skills and equipment.
