This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The seller must provide, by the conclusion of the contract, various support and sustainment activities to the MDIRAS platform. This includes the support to the users of the platform and upkeep of various sustainment and support documentation. Sustainment and Support activities should include (but is not limited to):
-Support for the MDIRAS platform ‘Landing Zone’, MDBA Interface, Admin Interface, Collaboration Hub, and the Integrated Framework Tool.
-Support for Hydrological Analysis (HA) Branch modellers:
- Onboarding modellers and other approved MDBA staff to the MDIRAS environment, including access to and use of virtual machines (VMs),
- Availability and operation of approved modelling software deployed to the MDIRAS environment; and
- Use of Azure DevOps for use of Boards and Repo operation and maintenance.
-A slim support structure providing identified Level 3 and 4 services for any issues raised, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 8am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Resolution must be within a service standard (i.e. Severity 1: hours, Severity 2: 1‑2 days, Severity 3: 2‑4 days, etc.).
-Ensure all documentation is updated and made available to the MDBA on the MDBA’s preferred knowledge management system, and that knowledge and information is shared with MDBA resources, to ensure continuity management and capability building for the organisation.
-Continual Service Improvement
- IT service review and process evaluation. Updated Sustainment and Support documents.
