The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a consultant to conduct energy audits on four council-owned facilities. The audits will identify reasonable energy upgrade projects and provide cost estimates, technical specifications, a project plan, and other documents for these works. The work will be used to support the Council's application for the Federal Government Community Energy Upgrade Fund, as well as general capital works.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the RFT document. The council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
