Coliban Water invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Invitees who can provide long term office accommodation for Coliban Water's future workplace via a long-term lease for up to 250 staff located in the Bendigo CBD. This will require a minimum of 3,000 m² of office accommodation plus supporting infrastructure.

Note that Local Jobs First, Social Procurement and Fair Jobs Code requirements will form part of any future tender process.
