Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission is seeking to engage a vendor to install audio/video equipment, including video conferencing equipment into 16 rooms at ACIC offices around the country. The work is to be carried out over the FY23/24 and FY24/25 financial years.
The services being procured:
Installation Services
- Disconnection and demounting of any designated old equipment and placing it in a designated place within the same ACIC office.
- Cabling, including under-carpet cabling.
- Mounting of new equipment on walls or as otherwise needed
- Connection of new equipment to power outlets and into the ACIC’s video-conferencing system (MS Teams), where applicable
- Removal and disposal of rubbish and packaging
- Undertaking of acceptance tests
- Providing as-built documentation
The following are explicitly out-of-scope:
- Support of the equipment once installed and accepted.
- Disposal of old equipment is also out-of-scope, however moving of old equipment to another, nominated room within the same office is in scope.
- The video-conferencing solution is MS Teams and is already in place and hence the video-conferencing solution itself, is out-of-scope.
- Building power and data works are excluded.

The schedule at Attachment A lists out the locations of the 16 rooms requiring AV/VC installation, and the financial year in which the work will be required.
