Yarra Valley Water has recently identified some weaknesses in privileged account management. This gap has been highlighted by the Cyber Security team as requiring adequate treatment, to strengthen the protection and monitoring of privileged accounts.

The focus of this project is to implement a PAM tool to deliver the following outcomes:

• Enhanced protection for customer data and reduced likelihood of interruption to customer services.
• Improved identity management practices and monitoring of privileged accounts.
• Reduced likelihood of a significant cyber-attack and reduced risk to the organisation
• As we have no PAM solution currently, new technology will be introduced, and we will take into consideration what PAM solution will best integrate with our current technology environment
