Forest Garden Body Corporate wish to invite suitable parties to register their interest to Tender for work pertaining to the upkeep and maintenance of the estate's Common Property work such as, Gardens, Lawns, Structures etc. and duties set out in the Tender Document.

The Forest Garden Estate is situated at 296 Canterbury Road, adjacent to the Chase Forest Hill Shopping Centre (The old Forest Hill High School site).

It comprises 197 units with associated roads, landscaped gardens, lawns, and outdoor structures.
