The purpose of this notification is to provide the market advance notice of an upcoming Monash Health tender for provision of Monash Health Cranbourne Community Hospital Café Tenancies Project. Monash Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the Monash Health Cranbourne Community Hospital Café Tenancies Project.

Background: Cranbourne Community Hospital (CCH) & Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre (CICC)
The Cranbourne Community Hospital is being delivered as part of the Victorian State Governments $675M program to deliver 10 community hospitals to growth areas across the state. The CCH provides an expansion of services offered at Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre, with the two sites operating cohesively to deliver greater access to public health services in the community of the southeast growth corridor.
Scope: Monash Health intends to approach the market to seek a suitably skilled and experience tenant for the Cranbourne cafes across these two sites.
The Tenant will be required to:
- Be suitably experienced in the food and beverage retail market.
- Have a background whose profile is reputable and recognizable in the hospitality industry.
- Have proven success in innovative services resulting in the successful servicing of high demand a unique customer base.
