Southern Rural Water (SRW) is inviting Tenderers to respond to 2024 MID Capital Works Package.

The work under this contract (scope) includes the following distinct packages as Separable Portions:

Package A - Nuntin Operational Improvements

-Demolition and disposal of redundant road crossing and channel structures

-Construction/installation of new HDPE road crossing and concrete headwalls

-Construction/installation of new HDPE channel siphon and concrete headwall

-Lining of existing concrete road crossing

-Minor upgrades to 4 x existing concrete regulator structures, and the installation of regulator frames, regulators and communication pedestal

Package B - Main Southern Channel Box Culvert Access Crossing

-Construction/installation of concrete box channel crossing

-Supply and installation of rails and access pavement

-Earthworks on-site as specified to provide access to the crossing each side of the channel

Package C - Tinamba Decommissioning

-Demolition and disposal of redundant channel structures

-Supply and delivery of approved fill material for decommissioning of earthen channel

-Use of existing channel bank material for decommissioning of earthen channel

-Excavation and concrete filling (ends only) of concrete siphon

Package D - Failed Gate Replacement Works

-Demolition and disposal of redundant flumegates and flumegate frames (4x sites)

-Modification of existing, supply and construction of new concrete channel structures (4x sites)

-Installation of principal suppled flumegates (4x sites)

-Fabrication, supply and installation of new access arrangements/walkways (4x sites)

-Channel reprofiling works (1x site)

-Miscellaneous Civil Works (4x sites)

Tenderers to note, based upon the evaluation outcome of each separable portion, multiple Contracts may be awarded for this procurement.
