Can we please request a quote, kindly refer to the details below and the attached document/s.
Please note that your quote must:
1. Review the Scope of Works and inform us of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications ASAP. This must be done BEFORE you submit your quote.
2. Include a price breakdown per property please / materials & labour
3. Include your estimated SDP, and if applicable
4. indicate if you require progress payments including milestone details
5. If not able to quote, send a reply explaining briefly your reason/s. REASON FOR DECLINED ( Tick ? below)
A) Pricing
B) Current Capacity and Workload
C) Nature of Works .
D) Resources
All ACM Pricing needs to be identified separately per property
Please find attached the documentation which must be referenced when preparing the quote.
Indicate which type of quote has been requested:
- Up to $5K - Return within 7 Days
Minimum of 1 quotes to be returned
- $5K to $50K - Return within 14 Days
Minimum of 3 quotes to be returned
- $50K to $250K Return within 21 Days
Minimum of 4 quotes to be returned
In addition to the above request the Housing Authority also requires the following:
- A price breakdown per property please / materials & labour
- All ACM Pricing needs to be identified separately per property
- Please provide before and after, time and date stamped photos
- To forward the quote, together with all supporting documentation, through to the Team mailbox
- A draft service delivery program (SDP) needs to be supplied together with the quote.
Important:
The requirements set by Housing must be followed and reflected on your quote (refer to the below details and attached documents). A quote deemed incomplete will be rejected. Likewise, works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirement/s are submitted (i.e. before and after photos, reports, etc.)
Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering/leaving remote communities, and individuals are to attend the office to sign in and sign-out
