As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program for the year 2023-24, Council is upgrading the Conder Room and surrounding spaces at The Centre Ivanhoe (275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe VIC 3079).

The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project. The works include, but not limited to the following:

• Demolition works;

• Upgrade the Conder room and foyer (Stage 1);

• Construction of a new accessible toilet and storeroom and upgrade amenities (Stage 2);

• Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing); and

• Site clean-up.

In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions. Contractors will have the opportunity to visit the site with the Project Engineer present on Tuesday 27 February 2024 at 12pm.

Note: The project is being delivered in two stages. Council may proceed to award both stages in this contract, but this will be dependent on the quotation prices received.
