Tender Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the Business Case for its Future Workplace project. This piece of work will provide the strategic foundation for a decision on a preferred site option for a future consolidated Council office. The purpose of this work is to analyse previously shortlisted options to recommend a preferred site and provide the investment rationale and delivery strategy for the recommended location.
