The Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking to engage an experienced principal consultant(s) to provide investigation, design, documentation, and contract administration services for its long-term capital works building program.

The Council's intent is to appoint one or more firms to investigate, consult, design, document, administer and oversee all aspects of the Shire's building upgrade and refurbishment works, including the management of all sub-consultants and acquisition of required development permits.

The successful consultant(s) will be required to provide the best outcomes in relation to the following policies Universal Design and Environmentally Sustainable Design for all buildings and associated infrastructure.
