The aim of the PQQ is to qualify Image Viewing and Reporting Software (IVRS), from an essential requirements and infrastructure compatibility perspective. We are seeking a Supplier who can provide an advanced IVRS solution to meet the specific, complex image viewing and reporting requirements of the MIT Department, in alignment with Austin Health IT Standard Operating, Systems Integration and Security requirements.

Austin Health is seeking responses to this PQQ to enable us to:

• Understand the indicative costs (both CAPITAL and OPERATING) of a new system in order to secure funding.
• Identify the number of suppliers in the market.
• Understand the different systems in the market.
• Understand the integration requirements of the system within the hospitals existing environment.

Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, Suppliers will be notified of solutions that are compatible with existing Austin Health requirements. Suppliers may then be invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ) process for pre-qualified applications.
