Tender Description
APRA intends to purchase PPM software that is designed around modern best practices allowing APRA to streamline and improve its processes, resulting in timely, accurate and easy to access information.
The key objectives the PPM should meet are:
- Provide a user-friendly and intuitive interface that improves productivity and job satisfaction;
- Streamline business processes through automation and integration;
- Consolidate information and eliminate duplication;
- Reduce manual input and improve data accuracy;
- Support decision making process through rich reporting capability;
- Meet Australian Government data security requirements.
APRA’s preference is for a cloud-based solution. Support will be required with best practice guidelines, system configuration, data conversion/transfer and training to ensure a successful implementation in a timely manner.

Conditions for Participation: Must have experience and expertise in PPM Software delivery
Timeframe for Delivery: APRA may release an official Request for Quote (RFQ) to the shortlisted vendors of this RFI.
