Senior Units Living - Property Management

⁠⁠⁠Cumberland City Council (Council) is seeking an offers from Property Management Specialists with established experience in operating Senior Living Accommodation. Respondents are to provide a structured business case outlining the operation of Council’s Senior Living Portfolio which aligns with Cumberland Seniors’ Unit for Independent Living Policy.

The purpose of this RFx is for Council to consider the options for the operation and overall maintenance for the Seniors Independent Living Units within our LGA and consider a more sustainable financial model. Council will retain ownership over the land and property asset. It is expected that all existing tenancies in place at the time of any agreement being entered into are retained on existing lease terms, subject to full compliance with existing lease agreements in place.

Eligible organizations will be assessed against their experience and capacity to meet the criteria on the online form.

Mandatory Site Briefing

All respondents are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-tender briefings / inspections. The meetings have been scheduled for:

• 21st of February 2024 (10:00 AM - 12:00 AM)

Should the respondent fail to attend one of the site inspections and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
