Thriving Communities Foundation (TCF) is pleased to invite you to respond to this Request for Tenders (RFT) for Managed IT Services. The intention of this RFT is to solicit formal bids from qualified Managed IT Services Providers (MSPs) and select an organisation to provide services to TCF.

Thriving Communities Foundation (TCF) is a Not-for-Profit organisation that enables collaboration across multiple sectors including business, academia, government, NGO’s and those with lived experience. Our goal is to see everybody have fair access to the modern essential services they need to thrive in contemporary Australia.

Our approach focuses on understanding the complex influencing factors of vulnerability using co-design and other community led solutions, aiming to reduce the barriers to access and embed sustainable and effective changing in practice.

We believe the best results for individuals, organizations, and the community, occur when we have a movement of organizations working collaboratively within and across sectors to provide holistic support. The challenge is not to “fix” people, rather to unite and shape a system around what works better for people. We aim to create a fair and connected system, so that everyone in Australia can achieve an adequate standard of living, and live free from discrimination.

Currently Thriving Communities Foundation sits under the umbrella of Yarra Valley Water, who is our current Managed IT Service Provider. Thriving Communities Foundation is transitioning out from Yarra Valley Water to be a stand-alone entity. The search for a Managed IT Service is part of this Transition project.

Thriving Communities Foundation would like to encourage companies that offer pro-bono services to Not-for-profit organizations with responding to this RFT.
