Tender Description
Registered Building Contractors are invited to register their interest in a proposed refurbishment to St Brendan's Primary School, Including A new landscaped area (approx. 880m2), demolition of the toilet block, and refurbishment of adjacent space to create the new toilet amenities (approx.75m2). Refurbishment to the art building (approx. 63m2) and the corridor. Patch and repair work to existing areas within refurbishment as required.
