Motorised Golf Carts Lease Agreement

The City of Stirling (Principal) is seeking tenders to provide the Hamersley Public Golf Course with a motorised golf cart fleet for the use by the golfing public through a lease agreement.

Basis of Contract Award

The lease agreement will be awarded to a sole Tenderer.

Mandatory Briefing / Site Inspection

Location: Hamersely Golf Course (gathering point is the temporary front gate at the car park)

Date: Tuesday 13 February 2024

Time: 09:30am

The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.

All questions must be asked via the 'Contact Request Manager' button at the top right of this page and will be responded to via an addendum to all Tenderers.

Tenders will be opened at the City's Main Administration Building, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling, two hours after the Tender Deadline

A Tenderer may submit an alternative tender as soon as a conforming tender has been lodged. Please see 'Instructions' TAB for guidance
