Tender Description
Council seeks tenders for the Supply and Construction of a Jetty, Gangway and Pontoon at the Wagonga Inlet Living Shoreline, Narooma.
The scope of the project includes:
Supply of a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) with sediment & hydrocarbon controls and the like, for the proposed method of construction. Council will use this CEMP to apply for Marine Parks and Fisheries permits.
Prepare a Safety in Design Report with Certified design and construction drawings, specifications and a Hazard and Risk Assessment for the proposed method of construction and operation.
Comply with all conditions of Permits from Marine Parks and Fisheries (attached), with special consideration to minimising impacts on seagrass within works site. Note that Marine Parks and Fisheries have been involved with planning for the proposed works and are supportive.
Prepare and supply a Site-Specific Work Health and Safety Management Plan for the works, including Safe Work Method Statements.
Prepare and supply a Quality Management Plan (QMP) including ITP templates for the scope of the works.
Supply, install and maintain all necessary sediment controls to undertake the work.
Supply, install and maintain site exclusion measures both on the land and in the marine environment to ensure no unauthorised persons enter the nominated construction.
Supply and install the piles and pontoons in accordance with the design, specifications, permits and associated controls and procedures.
Supply and install low-impact, sensor solar lighting across the jetty, gangway and pontoon
