Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) conducts regular survey throughout the year including an Employee Engagement Survey, Exit Survey, Training Survey and Specialist Project and Change Surveys.

PMHC seeks to engage an Employee Survey Provider to measure and enhance employee engagement by evaluating various aspects of the work environment, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.

The survey tool/platform must provide online capability covering; set up, tracking responses, reporting, action planning and customer support to resolve set up and system issues.
