Development Victoria (DV) is seeking to appoint a highly capable and diligent Financial Assessment Advisor who offers the best available value for money to provide financial services and broader co-benefits assessment, as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

This advice will inform the Carbon Offsets Investment Case (Project) being developed by DV’s Advisory Services team. This Project will support decision-making toward DV's Carbon Neutrality ambition by 2030.

This RFP has been prepared to provide information on the Project to prospective bidders (Bidders) and to set out the requirements for Bidders offering to provide the services.

Bidders are invited to submit a proposal (Response) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this RFP.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended for a discrete report and services expected to be under $40,000 (excl. GST).
