Tender Description
Design of a short term carpark and modification of an existing carpark to meet further requirements (replacement DDA carparking, lighting and security)
Works to form a short term carpark from the nominated site.
Works to modify existing carpark.
Unconditonal Bank Guarantees will be required for this Contract.
A contract administrator or superintendent will be engaged to oversee the construction activities and manage the contract.
