Tender Description
This RFP relates to the intent to establish a panel of providers/suppliers for the purchase of Engineering Consultant (EC) Specialist Services (a panel of preferred suppliers).
Successful panel members will then have the opportunity to participate in closed tenders for a range of EC work within their specialist area(s) and/or may be awarded work on a sole source basis in accordance with the EC Specialist Services panel rules.
Transpower reserves the right to procure EC Specialist services from outside the EC Specialist Services panel for a particular specialist area from time to time in the event that such panel is not performing as anticipated by Transpower, if the panel is resource constrained or does not have the required expertise. Therefore, from time to time, it will be necessary to work closely and cooperate with other EC firms in the best interests of Transpower.
