Austin Health is seeking responses to this Invitation for Request for Quote for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture. This Tender seeks to establish a supplier panel for standardized furniture across Austin Health, covering categories such as office seating (for both clinical and non-clinical areas), desks, meeting/other staff furniture, and visitor furniture. Its focus is on acquiring durable, high-quality furniture that meets compliance standards and healthcare requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
The aim is to establish partnerships with awarded suppliers to maintain standardized furniture selections throughout the hospital’s three campuses (Austin Hospital, Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital and Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre). The initial contract term is two years, with two one-year extension options.
