Cairns Performing Arts Centre - Supply and Delivery of New Lighting

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council invites quotations from suitably qualified Respondents for the supply and delivery of lighting at Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC). Council is looking to upgrade the existing lighting fixtures from static fixtures to LED fixtures.

Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission, using the response forms within the quotation documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The quotation closes at 4:30 PM, Friday 23 February 2024. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed quotations will not be accepted.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications.

Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
