The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to upgrade the intersection between Wangaratta-Kilfeera Road and Soldiers Lane. The project involves sealing the intersection with asphalt, installing traffic control devices, and formalizing the open table drain on one side of Soldiers Lane. Contractors are invited to submit their bids for this important community project.

In addition to other quotation forms, the quotation submission must include:

• Completion of the Schedule of Rates spreadsheet. It is mandatory tenderers utilise the Schedule of Rates spreadsheet provided.

• Construction Methodology including a timeline showing milestones, key dates, and critical path

• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering these types of projects

• Completion of the online form.

• Completion of the schedule of rates (submitted in the provided template).

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.

Enquiries

All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 72 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
