Tender Description

The objective of this tender is to identify and engage a panel of suppliers who can provide services including the following:

- Coaching

Individual
Small Group
Career
Leadership

- Workplace Investigations

Misconduct
Bullying, harassment and discrimination

- Cultural Reviews

- Mediation

A single supplier does not need to be able to supply all services to be considered by the panel.

Grampians Health will require the services of an external party where needs arise relating to these key services.

As Grampians Health is a large, diverse, geographically dispersed, multi-campus organization, the panel of suppliers will provide timely, effective and efficient support. Setting up this panel will also strengthen oversight of these services and ensure value-for-money.
