Tender Description
This RFQ seeks a qualified contractor with appropriate relative experience to undertake the supply and maintenance of a Fleet Management Software System across a number of public health agencies in the South West Victoria region.
The following public health services (‘the Health Services’) are participating:
- Colac Area Health
- Portland District Health
- South West Healthcare
- Western District Healthcare Service
The Health Services are coordinating their respective procurement efforts as means to help reduce the administrative and financial costs associated with the project with a key driver to provide, where applicable, consistency across the participating Health Services. The collaboration is consistent with the principles that underpin the region’s Central Supply & Logistics model that involves 11 Health Service members sharing resources including having a centralized warehouse located in Warrnambool (South West Healthcare). In keeping with this centralized supply model, South West Healthcare is administering this RFQ on behalf of the Health Services.
Each Health Service will enter into a separate contract with their preferred supplier. Any resulting contract / deed of agreement will include the name of a single Individual Agency and the Name of the Contractor. This reflects current arrangements.
