Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) on behalf of MidCoast Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for Design, Construct & Operate Organics Processing Facility or Design, Construct and Commissioning only of an Organics Processing Facility.
Obtaining Documentation: RFT documents may be obtained by registering via the E-Tendering Portal.
Registration: Please allow ½ a day for registration. Should the tenderer not receive notification they should contact LGP’s Consulting Team on consulting@lgp.org.au for appropriate registration.

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection: A tender briefing and site inspection will be held on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at Material Recycling Facility, 48 Midge Orchid Rd, Tuncurry NSW 2428. The session will commence at 1.30 pm AEST and finish at approx. 2.30 pm AEST.

Canvassing of any LGP or MidCoast Council employees, or any Council members or officers involved in the RFT process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
