The Service Provider must carry out and complete the Services to the highest quality commercial standard and acknowledges and agrees that these TasPorts' Requirements outlined are the minimum requirements for the Services and do not limit any other obligation of the Service Provider under the Contract.

Core Services:

Psychological counselling for all eligible clients including 286 employees and their immediate family members.

Guidance and support to all TasPorts people managers (Manager Assist);

Trauma counselling following potentially traumatic events; including one on one and group based sessions (evidence based)

Specialist counselling and support for eligible clients including LGBTIQ people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people living with a disability, people with challenges associated with mental health and wellbeing; and support to people affected by domestic and family violence.

Specialist relationship counselling for eligible clients.

Mediation / Conflict resolution sessions for eligible clients.
