Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Provision of Condition Assessments for Roads, Pathways and Carparks.
Tenderers may tender for one, two, or all of the following:
A. Provision of Roads and Related Asset Condition Survey
B. Provision of Pathways Condition Survey
C. Provision of Carparks Condition Survey
This is a lump sum contract with a schedule of rates however, the applicants are required to develop a cost breakdown that demonstrates the professional fees and any associated costs.
Tenderers are advised that the consultancy start date shall be no later than 20 March 2024 and must be completed by no later than 15 June 2024.
