Upgrade of Atherton Gardens Kindergarten, Homes Victoria Undercroft and playground at 125 Napier St, Fitzroy.

Homes Victoria will tender the upgrade of the Atherton Gardens Kindergarten internal and external works.

Upgrades will include removal of Hazardous materials, Demolishment and Full fit out of internal Kindergarten, Upgrade to external playground with installed decking.

Construction estimated for seven months approximately May to Dec 2024
