Parks Victoria (PV) is required by Section 212 of the Building Act 1993 (“the Act”) to administer and enforce parts of that Act and the whole of the Building Regulations 2018, within its Owned properties.

The Building Regulations 2018 (Vic), require Parks Victoria (PV) to continue to inspect and audit all PV owned/occupied buildings to ensure compliance with the regulatory and statutory requirements.

In order to meet this mandate, PV is required to inspect and audit all PV owned/occupied buildings, to ensure they are compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements.

To deliver this obligation, PV shall engage a suitable qualified Supplier for:

1. Performance of the Annual Essential Safety Measures Audit & Reporting (AESMR)
2. Drafting of Site Emergency Evacuation Plans
3. Drafting of the Essential Safety Measures (ESM) Maintenance Determinations
4. Provision of assistance as required, in delivery of PV ESM compliance obligations.
