Tender Description
The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is inviting tenders from suitability qualified Contractors for the Rottnest Island Desalination Plant Upgrade.
A detailed Scope of Work for the Works Under Contract (WUC) is shown in DBCARIAT4724_Scope of Work. Generally, the project scope is for the design, supply, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover of:
- 2 x 500kL/day Seawater Desalination Plants (SDP) and associated works.
- All SCADA communication work and the construction of new remote Cubicles for each SDP.
- Construction of a new Borefield Remote Substation Cubicle.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at The RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island on 16 January 2024 8:30 AM.
Transport: Ferry departure to Rottnest from B Shed Fremantle 7.30am and ferry return from Rottnest to B Shed Fremantle 11.30am
By no later than 2:00pm on Monday 15th January 2024 Tenderers shall confirm to Anthony Ricci their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at Anthony.ricci@dbca.wa.gov.au
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of the offer.
