The Public Sector Residential Aged Care Leadership Committee (PSRACLC) is ready to search for a healthcare change management and mentor training organisation to support our endeavors to provide mentorship and support to public sector residential aged care teams targeting direct care staff.
The committee would like to explore the methodology of Balint Style; peer- led learning pods to create engagement and understanding in direct care teams via informal gathering in small groups. We believe the model will give the workforce a greater sense of recognition, community, support, and understanding of common goals that will underpin both local improvements at each service as well as inspire belonging, leadership, learning and greater capability.
The project pipeline is approximately two years.
