Tender Description
Victoria Police is seeking a head contractor for the construction of a new police station to be located at 85 Point Cook Homestead Road, Point Cook Vic 3030. The project will include the construction of a new single story police station building with approximately 1300m2 GFA.
The extent of works area is approximately 12600m2, and will include on-grade car parking, onsite stormwater retention and other civil works. The project will include new services connections and coordination with authorities including the building permit. The project is expected to commence construction mid-2024.
