Valuation - Buildings, Land and Land Under Roads

⁠⁠⁠Alpine Shire Council (ASC) requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide the valuation of Council’s Buildings, Land and Land Under Roads.

The information gathered through this valuation project is used by Council to:

• Establish asset valuation and depreciation for Financial Asset Accounting and Insurance

• Determine future financial demands with regards to asset renewal

• Plan capital renewal requirements

ASC’s network comprises of approximately:

• Buildings – 374

• Land – 44 ha

• Land Under Roads - 385.7 ha
