Council is seeking to implement a safety reporting and Improvement system. Council’s goal is to implement a new “Safety Reporting and Improvement System” (SRIS), that allows each of our approximately 720 staff, all agency staff and volunteers, to report any safety incident or hazard no matter where they work or their location at the time of an incident or observation of a work-related hazard.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" and not to any Indvidual Council Officer. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
