⁠⁠⁠The University of South Australia invites prospective Tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of Cleaning and Waste Removal Services across its all campuses, as listed below:

• Adelaide City East Campus
• Adelaide City West Campus
• Mawson Lakes Campus
• Magill Campus
• Whyalla Campus
• Mount Gamier Campus

Enquires and Clarifications:

Enquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff will not respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the Private Question method in the Online Forum tool. The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by uploading a Clarification Request Document/Template/Register as an Addendum. Unless the response contains confidential or private information, each question, clarification and reply will be posted publicly to all Tenderers.

Note: UNLESS STATED, NO ATTACHMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED, YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN ITEM 1, THE RFT RESPONSE FORM. THE FORMAT, ORDER, CALCULATIONS OR FILE TYPE MUST NOT BE ALTERED.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Closing Date: 2 February 2024

Closing Time: 14:00 (ACDT)

Deadline for requests for clarification: 24th January 2024

Site Tours

All Tenderers will be expected to participate in mandatory site tours of the metropolitan campuses.

The site inspections will be hosted by the Commercial Services Coordinator and the Assets and Facilities Coordinators at each Campus. Each Tenderer shall appoint a maximum of 2 persons to attend the site tour and be responsible for their own transportation between campuses. All attendees to meet at the FM Assist Office on each Campus

During the site visit there will not be an opportunity to respond to any technical questions, each question must be submitted in accordance with the Tender Guidelines.

Schedule of Inspection is as follows

Wednesday 17 January 2024

1 hour each campus

9.30am to 10.30am Mawson Lakes

11.30am to 12.30pm City West

1.30pm to 2.30pm City East

3.30pm to 4.30pm Magill

The University of South Australia is not bound by the lowest priced Quotation/Tender or all or any part of a Quotation/Tender and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the Closing Time. Please allow sufficient time to upload your response and finalise your submission.
