The purpose of this Tender is to find a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to undertake the detailed design work and engineering detail of a new enclosed aquatic facility and splash pad at the Bungendore Sports Hub, 15 Halfway Creek Road, Bungendore. The Tenderer is to provide a detailed civil and structural engineering design suitable for the construction of the aquatic facility, based on the design requirements provided throughout the attached documents, to achieve an 8 lane, 25 metre indoor heated pool and splash pad.

The aquatic facility should be universally, sustainable designed and should meet 5 Star, Building rating at a minimum in accordance with Council's "Sustainable Design for Council Buildings Policy" and with the requirements of Green Star Building v1 set by the Green Building Council Australia.
