Tenders are invited from Organisations to undertake the upgrade of the irrigation system at Sawyers Valley Oval and installation of new subsurface drainage.

A compulsory site inspection/ meeting on site with a Shire representative is a requirement of this RFT.

Tenderers should inform themselves of the site meeting requirements as set out in the tender documentation. Please contact Joanne Dutton (08) 9290 6691 to register intention to attend the site meeting by 12.00 noon Friday, 22 December 2023. Failure to register and attend the site meeting will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.

This Request for Tender will be conducted in an electronic environment. 

Tenders must be lodged via the portal. Further information regarding assistance with retrieving the Request documents or using the portal to lodge Tenders can be obtained from Maria Beley (08) 9290 6637 during office hours.

A tender that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when tenders close will not be considered for evaluation. The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all tenders.

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify tender.
