Development Victoria requires the services of a Commercial/Transaction Manager to provide support for a multi-staged tender process. The tender relates to the divestment of a significant parcel of land, located in metropolitan Melbourne.

The purpose of the engagement is to:

• Assist Development Victoria (DV) in the preparation of the Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, including drafting campaign and marketing collateral, as well as establishing and maintaining a data room.
• Assist in the evaluation of tender submissions and commercial negotiations.
• Provide financial and commercial advice and financial modelling services for all relevant aspects of the Project.

Participants must have relevant expertise and experience in:

• Complex and process-driven land transactions
• Inner city and infill land parcel transactions
• Transport-orientated precincts
• Government process and multiple stakeholder engagement

DV is seeking predominantly established suppliers to put forward their interest.
