The Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service are seeking to engage a Principal Contractor to convert the existing Lecture Theatres into additional office space and associated facilities located on Levels 4 and 5 of the Southport Health Precinct (SHP), 16 High Street, Southport QLD 4215.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Southport Health Precinct on 18 January 2024 9:00 AM. It is a mandatory requirement for Suppliers to attend the site visit scheduled at 9am Thursday 18 Jan 2024 in order to submit an offer.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
