This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Finance is seeking quotes from suppliers to procure an experienced team that can establish a panel supplier portal which will give suppliers the capacity to manage and promote information about their businesses to procuring officials, increasing their opportunity to be invited to tender for work.
