The provision of a quality assured contract for upgrade of two (2) asphalt carparks, construction of two (2) wetlands and related infrastructure at Egan Lee Reserve and Gilbert Park Reserve.

This includes the following scope of works:

• Construction of asphalt carparks;

• Construction of concrete plinth, Kerb and Channel;

• Construction of concrete footpath;

• Construction of associated agricultural drainage;

• Construction of wetland; and

• Drainage and associated works;

Tenderers should be aware that the Tender is split into four parts. Council’s preference is to award all parts to a single Contractor, but reserves the right to award different Parts to different Contractors.

The prospective contractors shall visit the sites so as to be fully acquainted with the physical characteristics of the site before submitting the tender.

Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program and intended methodology for the entire works and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.
