Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The scope of work for this tender includes the following:
- Provide general Drupal webmaster support services, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and updates.
- Proactively monitor and maintain critical systems, including Drupal and other related technologies.
- Perform regular health checks and Drupal updates as required.
- Fix bugs and check for errors in Drupal code and configuration.
- Check website system event and error logs and investigate and repair any issues found.
- Provide cyber and physical security support for Drupal systems and data.
- Implement and maintain data protection and business continuity measures for Drupal systems and data.
- Provide support for operating systems and applications used in conjunction with Drupal.
- Assist with software integration, implementation, change management and training for Drupal systems.
- Design and develop user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Drupal websites.
- Perform website accessibility testing and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Ensure that the website and systems adhere to the DTA Digital Service Standard.

Working arrangements: Monthly meetings with the supplier will be required, or on an as needs basis.
