This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission requires assistance in Data Centres and locations where ICT Infrastructure exists in the event of an ICT incident or outage where there are either no ACIC staff available or no ACIC staff in the city/region.
The ACIC also requires expert assistance with complex audio visual equipment in ACIC examination rooms.
The ACIC is seeking assistance with:
- Access to resources from 25 February 2024 to 23 February 2025 for Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth that can:
- provide remote hands at short notice (with a four-hour response time) during an incident to work with an ACIC engineer on the phone to reset equipment or perform tasks as required
- provide remote hands for scheduled facilities management activities such as escorting a repair technician or changing a component. It is expected that utilization will be infrequent and a monthly on-call fee, plus a bucket of hours will be drawn down as required and a project coordinator will be established.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is also seeking expert assistance with complex audio-visual equipment in ACIC examination rooms.
- Access to ad-hoc audio-visual equipment (including DSP’s, Video Encoders, Cameras, Microphones to support:
- ACIC Corporate Meeting rooms
- ACIC Examination room
- 1-3 hour response time requirement in urgent cases
- Training of ACIC staff members where applicable to maintain an immediate support presence in ACIC Project support
The ACIC does not require the AV Support Provider to be the same service provider as the Remote Hands Resource.
